In order to process your orders in the most efficient manner, we request all orders be submitted on Sixo’s pre-printed order form. If you do not have a copy, please contact us and we will fax or e-mail one immediately.

• A 50% deposit is required with all orders placed. Balance to be paid prior to shipping.
• Any order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order.
• We gladly accept any returns in the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping error or any other error by Sixo.
• Returns due to an ordering error, ie wrong size, will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge if accepted.
• Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of order and be approved by a Sixo representative.

Delivery times:
Delivery times will fluctuate throughout the year depending on order volume, so please check with our customer service representatives at the time of your order.

Below we have provided APPROXIMATE delivery time estimates.                                            

For deliveries in :	Allow
Jan – April	10 – 12 weeks
May – June	8 – 10 weeks
July – August	3 – 4 weeks
Sept. – Dec	6 – 8 weeks

Delivery times are from the date final order is rec’d and deposit is paid.
Please allow adequate time for size changes etc. prior to the event you require your outfits for.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped Canada post expedited or Fedex ground unless specified by the customer and all freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice
