1. As an individual can I purchase Sixo products directly from Sixo?

Unfortunately we are a volume based business, and as such we sell to Retail outlets, registered schools and clubs only. Any of our skating products can be purchased from one of many Sixo dealers found in our “ Dealer Locator “section and if you are interested in any of our products for other disciplines, please have your school or club contact us directly.

 2. How long will it take for me to receive my Sixo order and how much will shipping cost?

 Delivery times are dependant on order volume and will vary throughout the year. Please refer to our delivery and shipping times .These delivery times are guidelines only, so be sure to check with our customer service department for current delivery times, and leave plenty of lead time to avoid disappointment. Shipping costs are dependant on your order size, and can be quoted once your order has been received.

3. What, if any taxes will I incur with my Sixo order?

 For orders outside of Canada there are no applicable taxes charged by Sixo. For our Canadian customers, GST (7%) is charged on all Sixo products, and Ontario customers will also be subjected to PST (8 %). PST is applied to adult sizes only and does not apply to businesses with a PST exemption certificate.

4. If our group decides to order from Sixo, will we be able to repeat our order in subsequent years?

Styles will always be repeatable; however some of our specialty fabrics may be subject to availability and may not be available in subsequent years. If repeatability is a concern, please check with our customer service reps at time of order.

5. We have boys in our group, are we able to outfit them through Sixo?

 We do have basic mens wear available, that can be matched to your teams outfits (please see our Menswear section.) If you are looking for something a little more elaborate, we can provide the matching fabric for you to use with your designs.

6. If we cannot find what we are looking for within your site, are you able to make custom designs.
